I started a new blog last week to make learning about the Ventura CROP Hunger Walk a little easier: venturacropwalk.blogspot.com
This is a picture of me before last year's walk taken by Gary Lundquist. I'm wearing a shirt with a picture I created from the 2002 walk.

First Day of Spring
The Vernal Equinox happened at 10:48 this morning
According to StarDate Online, this happened when the sun moved across the equator into the Northern Hemisphere. This also means every day will grow longer until the Summer Solstice on June 20. Mmmmm, wonderful! The bulbs continue to bloom while new ones are opening. Although tomorrow is the actual full moon (in the afternoon), I got a nice shot of the almost-full moon this evening.
